Cosmo Competency Framework helps our employees to continuously work on their skills and Behaviours through Learning Management Platforms such as Degreed, Harvard Spark in addition to tie-ups that we have with leading MBA institutes for Leadership Development Programs.

Performance at Cosmo is part of our culture and the same is driven through a transparent and system-driven Performance Management Process. The process that is run across semesters helps us to identify top performers, assess developmental needs and create developmental plans through Individual Development Plans which are in the form of Peer and Mentor Coaching, Training Programs and application exercises in the form of projects which enable employee not only to improve their skills but also to work towards to become a future leader.

The High Potentials and the top performers are enrolled in Leadership Development Programs in partnership with Harvard Corporate Learning. The 6 - 9 months program includes a rigorous schedule of Webinars, Mentoring and Coaching Sessions with Cosmo Leaders, Self-Paced Learning and Assignments in addition to the Project Management for the Learning Program Initiatives and Projects across Functional and Cross-Functional Teams. These High Potentials and Top Performers on successful completion of the program become Harvard Certified Future Business Leaders.
